Time

Time always betrays me.

As much as I try to abide by its authoritarian rule, measure its boundaries through meticulous plans, I’m undone, reduced to forsake the scope of my day, prisoner to the tight constraints that leaves me with a treasonous blueprint that yearly compresses the precious time I thought I had with the tyrant tempo that tunes out before my last note is played.
